this crystal world
is a binary world;
first we live
in the peaks of the snow white sky,
and then we're drowning
under frozen stagnant waves.
our bodies thin while we
whirl in the sky
blissfully,
and then our bliss is
broken, and our
stone bodies
stagger and fall
to the bottom of the ocean,
and there we sleep,
at last.
the ice in the morning
wakes us up,
and we begin
to float again.
