Crystal World

this crystal world
is a binary world;
first we live
in the peaks of the snow white sky,
and then we're drowning
under frozen stagnant waves.

our bodies thin while we
whirl in the sky
blissfully,
and then our bliss is
broken, and our
stone bodies
stagger and fall
to the bottom of the ocean,

and there we sleep,
at last.

the ice in the morning
wakes us up,

and we begin
to float again.

Psychosis

Let's step into an
abstract world,
where everything's an
illusion constructed by
imagination.

A world where the apathetic sky
is an ocean, and the clouds
are imbricating waves;
where trees are
decaying human bodies,
now skeletal slaves.

And everybody's just a
robot buzzing around us
with gossip, and everybody stares at us
like we're demented and delusional
psychotics.

Let's walk around with an unbalanced gait
stumbling,
struggling,
struck with ataxia,
paranoid and cautious,
hoping nobody notices.

Let's explore this mysterious, unknown territory,
and let's make memories
we'll never remember.

Asphalt Actualization

In this world,
everything normal is abnormal,
every sense psychic, and
every thought real.
We walk along an unknown road,
wandering and looking for an ideal perspective
from which we can see the world
in a way that is completely objective.

This objectivity includes
the feeling that
everything is entirely connected
and infinitely collective.

Some people stare
while standing on the sidewalk,
stagnant,
and others, they continue onward,
down the same sidewalk as the standers.

But,
On the road we are each our own,
and we find in others what we lack ourselves,
only to absorb those found attributes
and become a greater self.

And even when the road
is shadowed by the sunless sky,
we all know, all on the road,
where we're walking to
and why.
